UlasanAnime.com – This blog post serves as a comprehensive log of events attended and planned for the year 2016. For a look back at the previous year’s events, you can refer to the 2015 post.

The identity of an “eventer” is something I embrace with a certain pride, perhaps even more so than the commitment to watching over ten series each season. While it requires significant sacrifice, the experience is undeniably fun. It offers a unique opportunity to connect with people you might not otherwise encounter and potentially forge new friendships.
A significant advancement in tracking event attendance has been the introduction of eventernote, a crowdsourced event listing site originating from Japan. It functions similarly to MyAnimeList but is more streamlined, social media-integrated (requiring a Twitter account), and generally more user-friendly. My profile can be found here.

Currently, I am in a state of anticipation, preparing for upcoming expenses:
- December: Lisani TW – All arrangements and payments are finalized.
- January: Weekender for Producer meeting, which is all set. Additionally, there’s a possibility of attending Taiyoucon for @3paypaypay.
- February: Likely no major events planned for this month.
- March: A week-long trip to Japan for ML4th. Despite the mixed results in ticket acquisition, all tickets have been secured. I also plan to attend Sphere (having won tickets) and possibly Angela (awaiting confirmation) the week prior.
- April: 765Pro ML in TW is scheduled, and it’s probable that I will attend Anime Boston the preceding week. Attending Sakuracon is not financially feasible within the current budget.
It seems I am incurring significant costs for these events.
After my trip to Taiwan, the remainder of the year is expected to be relatively relaxed. I am looking forward to watching the WUGchans at AFA from afar.
