UlasanAnime.com – Animazement 2013 Day 0 and 1 delivered a delightful experience, much like Poole Con in previous years.

The presence of voice actresses Megumi and Keiko Han was a highlight, with their charm evident. Nakatani DAIOH made a notable appearance, and Spash lived up to its name with its usual energetic performance. There was a thoughtful discussion about “Aku no Hana,” with Nagahama expressing a desire for its appreciation to stem from genuine understanding rather than categorization. This sentiment was humorously contrasted with the idea of a half-robot, half-Naruto cosplayer, highlighting the complexity of artistic interpretation.

Masako maintained her endearing grandmotherly persona. Yuko Minaguchi was gracious, and her English proficiency was quite good. A lighthearted moment occurred when a joke was attempted with her, though it didn’t quite land as intended.
The veteran attendees, including Nakao and Furukawa, exuded style and were as engaging as ever. Maruyama was direct and consistent with his characteristic approach.
On a personal note, a significant achievement was made in “Taiko no Tatsujin 10” by managing to beat the “Go My Way” song on the first attempt at the event. The overall experience of free play and the general atmosphere contributed to a thoroughly enjoyable time.
